Frequently asked questions
Still curious? Our planners reply on WhatsApp 24×7.
How much does birthday decoration cost with Meaura Events?
Our birthday packages start at ₹6,800 for a complete home setup and go up to ₹30,300+ for luxe banquet productions with LED panels, fog matkas and flower garlands. Every price is published on our Packages page — no hidden charges.
What is the price of baby shower decoration?
Baby shower packages start at ₹8,600 and go up to ₹64,000 for our signature full-venue production. Mid-range packages (₹16,000–₹26,500) include U-shaped backdrops, games and themed table tops.
Can I customise a package to fit my budget?
Absolutely. We don’t force rigid packages. You can drop elements you don’t need (for example the entrance gate) and reallocate that budget to a bigger stage, more flowers or LED letters. Just WhatsApp us your venue and budget.
Which areas do you serve?
We work across Delhi NCR — Gurugram, Delhi, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad — and also take bookings in Chandigarh, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Kolkata and Patna.
How early should I book?
For weekends and festive season we recommend booking 7–15 days in advance. We also take urgent and same-week bookings subject to availability — message us to check your date.
Do you decorate at home, hotels and banquet halls?
Yes. We’re decorators, not a venue — we style living rooms, terraces, farmhouses, hotel ballrooms and banquet halls. If a venue doesn’t allow masking tape on walls we replace wall bunches with balloon standees.
How long does setup take?
Most setups take 2–4 hours depending on size. Our team arrives well before your event time and coordinates directly with your venue.
How do I book and pay?
Share your date, venue and package on WhatsApp. We confirm the design and block your date with an advance; the balance is payable on the event day after setup. GST billing is available on request.
What balloons and materials do you use?
We only use high-quality latex balloons, chrome balloons, sturdy sunboard/flex panels and real or premium artificial flowers depending on the package.
