Terms & Cancellation

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once the design is finalised and the advance is received. The balance is payable on the event day after setup.

Pricing

Package prices are as published. Changes in scope, venue rules, travel beyond service areas or late-night/early-morning setups may change the price — always agreed with you in writing before the event.

Venue rules

If the venue does not allow masking tape on walls, wall balloon bunches are replaced with balloon standees as stated in each package.

Cancellation & rescheduling

Rescheduling is free subject to availability when requested at least 72 hours before the event. Custom printed items (backdrops, boards, standees) are non-refundable once printed. Contact us for cancellation terms applicable to your booking.

We may photograph our setups for our portfolio and social media. Tell us if you prefer we don’t.
